The only floors we were able to salvage in our Annapolis office renovation project were restored by Mike Lanham and his team at Elite Hardwood. The solid oak floors in our reception area and conference room had been severely damaged by water, carpet tacking strips, and lack of general care in a building dating back to 1951. Elite's craftsmen repaired large areas of damaged wood, then sanded and refinished the floors to perfection. We couldn't be more pleased.
