Roseanne brings over 35 years experience in creative communications to Souza. As the Vice President, Managing Director & Creative Director, she consistently delivers award-winning results to clients in multiple industries, including real estate development, construction, engineering, youth sports, law, and community service non-profits.

For service to the tourism industry, she was honored as Tourism Person of the Year by the Maryland Tourism Council. A magna cum laude graduate from Immaculata College of Washington DC, her resourcefulness, insight, and focus move us to deliver an expanding array of communications services that work in any economic environment.

Roseanne has also served as the Executive Director of the Maryland Tourism Education Foundation, Inc. from 2012 to 2019. This charitable Foundation, founded in 2003, provides customer service classes — Maryland Smiles, Hospitality Maryland Style, and Maryland Taxi Host — to front line employees and awards yearly higher education scholarships to tourism and hospitality professionals working in the tourism industry in the State of Maryland.
